How a night goes
Four packs, from gentle icebreakers to properly scorching. The pack sets the mood for the table — and you can swap it mid-game if things get too warm, or not warm enough.
Pop in two to eleven names — the app remembers them for next time. On the spicy packs everyone also says who they're up for, so nobody gets paired out of the blue.
The bottle picks two of you, and up comes a task or a question — some with a cheeky timer. Not feeling it? Skip, any time, no explaining. Then pass the phone on.

Spicy, not reckless
The first time someone opens a spicy pack, the app checks everyone's old enough. Say no and the spicy shelf just stays shut — the rest of the night carries on as normal.
Before the first spicy spin, one of you reads the ground rules out loud. Ten seconds, and it sets the tone far better than a tickbox hidden in settings.
On spicy packs a dare only lands on two people who are actually up for each other. Men, women, enby folks — you say, and the bottle listens.
Skip the task, skip the pair, or call it a night — whenever you like, with no explaining and nothing lost. Changed your mind halfway through? That's fine too.
Even the hottest pack stops at the door. What happens once the phone's face down is entirely your business — it's never a task.
Names, genders and who fancies whom stay on the phone. Nothing gets sent anywhere, and analytics stays off unless you switch it on.

What is Tuvro?+
Tuvro is a spin-the-bottle party game for adults, played on one shared phone. Pop in two to eleven names, pick one of four packs, from gentle icebreakers to properly spicy, and the bottle picks two of you for a task or a question. Two packs are free, it works offline, and skipping is always free.
Is it on iPhone and Android?+
Both. Tuvro for iPhone is available on the App Store, and the Android version is on Google Play.
Does everyone need the app?+
Nope! One phone sits in the middle of the table and gets passed around. No room codes, no downloads for everyone else, no faff.
How many people do we need?+
Two is enough, four is the sweet spot, and there's room for eleven round the table. Play as long as you like — and people can join in or slip away mid-game without spoiling the night.
Does it work for just the two of us?+
Absolutely. Two is a perfectly good table, and After Dark was written with exactly that in mind — one couple, or two, warming up for later.
What's free, and what isn't?+
Friends Night and Pub Flirty are free, with no catch and no timer. The two spicy packs come with a subscription — weekly, monthly or yearly, at whatever your store charges — and you get three free spins in each to see if you like them first. One subscription on the one phone covers everybody playing on it.
Do I need an account?+
No. Open the app and play — no sign-up, no email. A subscription belongs to your Apple ID or Google account, so on a new phone you tap Restore purchases and it's back.
Can we play with people we've just met?+
Very much so. The two free packs are gentle enough for people you've only just met. The spicy stuff sits behind an age check, a consent moment read out loud, and matching that respects who's up for whom. It's cheeky and suggestive — never explicit — and skipping is always free.
Do we need wifi at the table?+
Open it once with a connection and you're sorted — after that a night plays happily offline, because the prompts live on the phone. Battery died mid-round? Open it back up and the night picks up right where you left off.
A prompt was rubbish. Can I say so?+
Please do! Thumbs up or down on any card, and tell us what was off if you fancy. We genuinely read them and tidy the packs up. On Premium you can also bin a card for good, so it never turns up at your table again.
If I bin a card, does it stay binned on a new phone?+
No — that list lives on the phone you're playing on, not on our servers. Restore purchases on a new phone and your subscription comes straight back, but binned cards don't; that phone starts with a full table. Reinstalling on the same phone does the same thing.
What language is it in?+
English to start with. More are on the way — the app was built with that in mind, so it's mostly a matter of writing them. Shout for yours on the public roadmap.
Can I ask for a pack or a feature?+
